Mysolutionworks.com, a service of SolutionWorks Homes, is a very different real estate company. We are a small, private real estate investment firm based in St. Louis, Missouri, and we dedicate our resources to solve the real estate problems of home owners who are looking for an informative, dignified and ethical home selling experience.

Although we cooperate with real estate brokerage firms, we are not real estate brokers or agents. We do not list properties. We buy houses from clients who want to sell. We do not charge any fees when we buy properties. We purchase property directly from sellers and have a variety of tools- some time honored, some cutting edge- in our "toolkit" to solve most, if not all, of those unique real estate problems. Even if you have NO equity, owe MORE than the house is worth or need to close next week!

We have been a member in good standing of the Better Business Bureau of Eastern Missouri almost since our inception - and we encourage you to check us out.

Community Activism. People in our company believe in social responsibility and community activism - a notion and practice well above just being a "good corporate citizen." We are very active and involved in the communities in which we live and work. We have been donating a portion of the profit from each transaction we close to Habitat for Humanity St. Louis since 2003.
